Yale at COP28
Students, faculty, and staff from across YSE and Yale will join negotiators, policymakers, environmental advocates, and heads of state from nearly 200 countries at the annual United Nations climate summit.
Students and faculty from across YSE and Yale will be attending the annual two-week climate summit hosted by the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, where “global stocktaking,” a first-of-its-kind international loss and damage fund, and youth participation are expected to take center stage.

Fiacro Jimenez Ramirez, a Master of Environmental Management student and Three Cairns Scholar at YSE, supported Mexico’s delegation at COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and this year he will be a member of the Mexican delegation at COP28 in Dubai, UAE.
