I work to uplift leaders - wherever they are on their journey - to maximize their time for good.

I believe leadership can be taught, coached and strengthened throughout the entire length of leaders' careers; and have worked on promoting 'Connected Leadership' - connecting Purpose, Priorities, Potential and Progress across the levels of leadership: Self to Team to System.
