  1. New Partnership Will Connect Journalists with Climate Researchers

    The Yale Program on Climate Change Communication and the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting have announced a new Campus Consortium Partnership that will connect journalists reporting on climate change with leading researchers and students studying climate change communication and journalism.
  2. New Online Forest Atlas Tracks State of Global Forests

    A new online resource launched by the F&ES-based Global Institute of Sustainable Forestry will provide an overview of the world’s forest resources. Ultimately, its creators say it will be a sort of living almanac of forest resources worldwide for journalists and advocates, scientists and general readers.
  3. New Haven Promise Interns Gain Research and Work Experience at F&ES

    Since 2011, the New Haven Promise program has provided full tuition college scholarships to over 1200 local high school students. This summer, three of those students are gaining research and work experience as interns at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.

    When Marlene Miller Pratt lost her son to gun violence, she found solace at Marsh Botanical Gardens. She wanted to extend that healing to others and created with other moms and URI the New Haven Botanical Garden of Healing Dedicated to Victims of Gun Violence.

  6. Let's Ketchup: Initiative Brings F&ES Community Closer Together
