Candidates should have expertise in collaborative solutions to environmental conflicts, e.g., endangered species, natural resources (e.g., water, land, forests), energy, climate change, pollution, etc.. Applicants are expected to have an advanced degree in a relevant field, which may include conflict resolution, communication, international relations, law, political science, public administration, sociology, an interdisciplinary degree, or other related field.
