Roots at FES is dedicated to the advancement and resilience of students of the African Diaspora. Our work is centered on fostering a safe space for all students with an emphasis on community-building, programming, fellowship, professional development, recruitment, retention, and mentoring of Black students. Roots’ not only celebrates the richness of African/Black culture, but also works to increase the diversity of FES.
