Looks like my apartment is still available for July.  The 3bdrm place is almost empty (except for 1 great FESer roomate who’s there on the weeknds), so you and/or your signigicant other have the whole 3rd fl apartment to yourself!
A deal for some part/week(s) of the month is also possible (seems to be popular this time of year).

Hi All!

I’m having a bit of change of plans, and looks like won’t be using my New Haven room much (potentially not at all) for June and July.

It’s super, large room (~ 14 x 16), in the super sunny apartment on Avon St. I’d leave furnished till July 28th.

Since I’m offering up last minute, pretty much any amount of the $520 rent you can defray, I’d consider and appreciate.
Also if you need a place for just June, or July, or just weekends, etc, that’s possible too– I’m flexible.
