July/Aug: Majorly discounted E. Rock 1-bed apt for $650!
Hey y’all!
I’m hoping to sublet my sweet 1-bedroom pad during July and/or August, preferably to someone associated with FES…and at least, Yale.
It’s on the corner of Whitney & Linden…and is sunny, spacious, private, quiet, etc.
It’s big enough for a couple…I have a queen-sized bed. (but, sorry, landlord doesn’t allow cats or dogs)
I usually pay $950…..but I’m willing to take $650…..plus I’ll cover the Wi-Fi & utilities.
