Life in New Haven

a small city with spunk

With a population of just under 125,000, New Haven has a tantalizing array of restaurants, ranging from Eritrean to Indonesian, to the restaurant that invented the hamburger and the best pizza this side of Italy.

Culturally, New Haven shines with its eclectic collection of museums and theaters. For the outdoorsperson, the city offers several substantial state parks, major rivers, and a harbor. It is also a convenient starting point for longer excursions to other parts of New England.
