Joint Degree Master’s Programs
For students seeking professional certification in two related fields, the school encourages the consideration of our joint Master’s Degree programs.
For any joint degree program, students must meet normal admission criteria and curriculum requirements in both schools. In general, residency requirements in the joint degree programs represent a reduction in the residency requirements entailed by selecting both programs independently.
To be accepted as a joint degree student, candidates must apply and be admitted independently to each school. Once admitted to both schools students are automatically eligible for joint degree status. The purpose of the joint degree program is to integrate the two so that each informs the other. We do not want students to take them "back-to-back" but rather to spend a year (or two, depending upon the degree program) at one school, one year at the other and then integrate the final year.
