Research Statement

Analysis of the continuum of environmental legal obligations from international agreements to national and regional legislation,, to local laws, is the primary focus of my studies and publications. I focus on comparative legal research and law reform through comparative legal techniques, in common law, civil law, socialist law, Islamic Law, and customary law societies.
