The Challenges and Opportunities of Going Green: The Case of Kroon Hall
This lecture series will create an educational forum for dialogue and exchange regarding the decision to create a sustainably designed facility using KroonHall at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies as a case study. The lecture series will inform all those who attend on the challenges and processes when a university decides to go green. This series will further reveal how this decision helped transform the school and the university, and how the building's design seeks to set new sustainability standards.
