The FES Information Technology group (FES-IT) supports all aspects of computing at the School, from selecting hardware and software, to new computer setup and routine service, to recycling obsolete equipment. This document provides a brief summary of current FES-IT policies and procedures.

feshelpdesk@yale.edu. This facilitates our placing your request in our online work order tracking system, which in turn speeds up our processing your request; it also helps us collect information on continuing computer problems that can often be resolved on a wide scale.
