Join Jennifer as she leaves the office for a day in the field--checking out a cookstove project in the Andes as part of her work on a Peruvian government/UNDP initiative exploring carbon finance opportunities to improve cookstoves.

Winner of the Inaugural "Do You YouTube?" contest, JP Jewell (MEM/MBA, '09), tells us about his summer internship experience in 2008 with Environmental Defense Fund's Corporate Partnerships Program.
All Yale F&ES Master's candidates are required to conduct research or to have an internship experience to fulfill their degree requirements, typically between the summer of their first and second year of the program. This experience will appear on each student's transcript as an F&ES course.
The summer internship or research project is an important opportunity for students to apply knowledge and skills they have gained during their first year of study, to gain professional experience, to build their networks and to investigate potential career paths first-hand.
