This course applies theoretical frameworks to the practice of science communication that speaks to stakeholder values across government, business, and civil society. Through the study of social network, information, and assemblage theories, students will learn how to leverage collective intelligence and system-thinking models to build coalitions towards transformational change. Students will apply learned strategies to consult professional stakeholders on a projects that address pressing global environmental challenges. This qualifies as a capstone class for second year MEM students.
