This class reads biogeochemistry papers from the primary literature, focusing on new papers across a spectrum of topics and ecosystem types. Papers are chosen by the instructor with some input from students. Students read and critique each paper. The primary author of the paper is then interviewed via Skype by the entire class. The course meets once a week. Enrollment limited to twelve.
