Analysis of the societal and environmental causes and effects of plant and animal domestication, the intensification of agro-production, and the crises of agro-production: population pressure, land degradation, societal collapses, technological innovation, transformed social relations of production, sustainability and biodiversity. From the global field, the best-documented eastern and western hemisphere trajectories will be selected for analysis
