2012 master’s application opens on Sept. 1st
Greetings from Yale F&ES Admissions & Financial Aid! Just as the sign on our office door states, “office open, please enter,” the F&ES Master’s application officially opens on September 1, 2011. We are excited to welcome and assist a new round of applicants as you prepare materials for the admissions process.
By way of introduction, our office consists of 5 people: Alex (Fin Aid), Angela (Admissions/Fin Aid), Danielle (Admissions/Fin Aid), Linda (Admissions/Fin Aid), and Quetcy (Admissions). We are a small troop, but we work diligently to meet your needs and answer your questions in a timely fashion.
The office experienced a major restructuring, said farewell to two dedicated staff members, hired three newcomers, moved to a new physical location, and welcomed two babies over the last 12 months. Needless to say, we have had some excitement at F&ES Admissions & Financial Aid. So, for those of you who have investigated us in the past, please review the required admissions materials because there have been some recent changes. We refreshed some policies and added some new requirements and opportunities for you to showcase your abilities.
Feel free to email us at fesinfo@yale.edu or call 203.432.5106 with questions. Also, we would love to meet you in-person if possible. Check out our events website for a list of locations. Don’t see an event close to home? Join us for an online chat or webinar later in the season. Virtual (and a few additional in-person) events will be added over the next few months so keep checking the website for new events.

Thank you for your information
Do you organize graduate admission information session in any african countries?. I would like to attend one if that chance happens in Tanzania or any east african country.
Namkeleja – unfortunately, we do not have any African events planned for this year, but at least one of our professors will be traveling to Tanzania early next year. I will try to find out if he can meet with you. Also, we are happy to Skype with students from around the world if you have that capability.
Very grateful for the info. Working towards becoming a part of the Yale Forestry.
Thanks.
